Tehran Int’l FICTS Festival releases call for entries

The 12th edition of the Tehran International FICTS Festival in Iran has called for entries.

The Iranian version of the Italian festival originally based in Milano has released call for entries.

Iran’s National Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth, IRIB and the Tehran Municipality are the organizations that cooperate with FICTS to hold the festival.

The Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS) is an organization which is in charge for organizing the Sport Film Festival.

The event is held to prepare the ground for competition among filmmakers who make films in the fields of sports.

Feature films, short films, documentaries, animations and TV shows, all in the field of sports, compete in their own category.

FICTS Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs (FICTS) is a Federation of Sport Televisions and of images on screen.

Founded in 1983, it recognized by International Olympic Committee (IOC) for which it promotes values of sport through film and television. 116 countries are members of FICTS Federation.
